Recruiting calendars to promote the well-being of all college-bound student-athletes and ensure fairness among schools by refining certain periods during the year in which recruiting may or may not occur in a particular sport.

Defining periods of the collegiate recruiting calendars:

1. Contact Period:

-You and your parent may visit campus.

-College coaches may watch you play and visit your high school.

-College coaches may call and write you and your parents.

-College coaches may have in-person contact with you and your parents off-campus.

2. Quiet Period:

-You and your parents may visit campus.

-College coaches may call and write you and your parents. 

-NO college coaches may watch you play or visit your high school.

-NO college coaches may have in-person contact with you or your parents off-campus.

3. Dead Period:

-College coaches may call and write you and your parents.

-NO college coaches may have in-person contact with you or your parents on or off-campus.
