The FOUR main “fit” areas to consider when selecting a school for your list or making your final school decision are:

1. Academics:

Do you qualify for the school academically? Will you have academic success while you're there? Does the school have your desired major or a comparable field?

2. Athletics:

Will you be able to contribute to the team on the field?

3. Financials:

Are you able to afford tuition at the school? Are there financial aid or scholarship options available? Are you comfortable taking out loans?

4. Social:

Does the school environment check the boxes of what you are looking for from your college experience?
